These Terms govern your use of the website and travel eSIM services provided by VERO ESIMS ("VERO ESIMS", "we", "us"). By accessing the site, purchasing a plan or installing an eSIM you enter into a contract with VERO ESIMS and agree to these Terms.
By continuing to use the service you confirm you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are of legal age and, if buying on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
VERO ESIMS resells data-only travel eSIM plans operated through partner mobile networks. Coverage, speeds and availability depend on those networks and your device. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location or at any specific speed.
You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
All rights in the VERO ESIMS website, software, brand and content remain owned by VERO ESIMS or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal travel within the plan you purchase.
VERO ESIMS is the seller of record for all orders placed through this site. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe, who handles card processing, tax calculation and collection at checkout. Prices are shown in AUD; taxes applicable to your location are calculated and added at checkout. Refunds, cancellations and change-of-mind requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
You must provide accurate information when ordering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid VERO ESIMS in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies or partner network rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Australia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
