+Is my phone compatible?

Almost certainly. iPhone XS or newer, Pixel 3 or newer, Galaxy S20 or newer, and most modern Androids support eSIM. Your device also needs to be carrier-unlocked.

+When does my plan start?

The plan timer starts the moment the eSIM registers on a partner network — usually when you land and turn off airplane mode. Installing the eSIM does not start the clock.

+Will I keep my Australian number?

Yes. Your eSIM runs alongside your physical SIM. Set the VERO eSIM as your data line; calls and texts stay on your usual number.

+Can I get a refund?

Yes — full refund any time before the eSIM is installed on your device. Once installed, refunds are at our discretion (we'll always look after genuine issues).

+Do you do voice and SMS?

VERO plans are data-only today. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime or any VoIP app over the data plan to call.
