30-day money-back guarantee

VERO ESIMS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every eSIM plan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@vero.travel with the email address you used at checkout and your order number (included in your confirmation email). We aim to respond within one business day.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Defective or non-working eSIMs

If your eSIM does not work as described, contact us before requesting a refund — we'll usually fix it within a few hours. Where we cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund under this policy and under any consumer law rights in your country of residence, which are not affected by this policy.
